Tsukasa Industry Co., Ltd. is one of the few companies in Japan that have been engaged in the development and manufacture of powder processing equipment for more than half a century. Powder is widely related to a wide variety of industries, including food, chemical, environment/energy, electronics, information and telecommunications. Unknown electromagnetic and photochemical properties of powder are brought out through pulverization into finer particles, enabling the development of new materials of high performance. Leading-edge rocket technology, nuclear power plants, and hydrogen fuel cars are all related to powder technology.

As comprehensive manufacturers of powder handling and processing equipment, we deal with the milling, sifting, drying, mixing, weighing, transport, supplying, discharging, preserving and filtering of various types of powder, ranging from raw materials to final products. We have developed unique products that show a great deal of originality in their flexibility and efficiency.

From workers to proud technicians: a group of highly skilled experts is essential to the development of advanced technology.

The first president of Tsukasa Industries Co., Ltd. was originally an engineer for Kawasaki Aircraft Co., Ltd. before the war, where he successfully invented a welding process that had been considered impossible in those days, and put it to practical use. Expertise and development ability in regard to the welding and precision sheet metal processing of nonferrous metal, based on aircraft manufacturing technology, comprise the foundation of the Company's present prosperity.

Major characteristics of our company are our numerous patents and the advance of our high expertise. In our belief that the development of human resources forms the basis of manufacturing, ever since our establishment we have been energetic in our efforts to train our employees. Presently, most of those engaged in manufacturing are qualified as technicians.

Our high technology is embodied in our highly skilled technicians. They have sophisticated techniques enabling process control to an accuracy of a few microns. Our continuing success in research and development, and the practical use of advanced technology, is reinforced by our employees' manufacturing techniques and expertise. Because our powder handling and processing technology is ahead of its time, and because of our uncompromising attitude toward manufacturing technique, it is expected that we will play an important role in the creation of new industries and the further development of society.
